During the build, your superintendent will ensure that your home is built efficiently and effectively from start to finish with a system in place to keep you informed throughout the build. Since starting, I’ve worked hard on further implementing a project management software, known as Buildertrend, into our building process and throughout the construction department. Once we are fully integrated, my daily duties will include coordinating and overseeing the Buildertrend software as it relates to our construction and warranty processes.
