Veterans’ Meals
We strive to treat all clients with fairness and respect while providing excellent customer service. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, LifeCare Alliance will schedule a start date for meals, in-home support, dietitian services, and more. Every week, pre-made meals are delivered to your door, nationwide. We are the only provider that offers a re-delivery if you or your customer cannot be home on their normal delivery day. If you plan on not being home during the delivery window, feel free to leave a cooler outside your door and our drivers will leave your meals in the provided cooler for you. Our new menus are released every Monday morning by 10am.
At Simply Plated we take the safety and health of our clients seriously. All meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen, which has been inspected and approved by the health department. Prior to delivery, all meals are stored in a regulated refrigerator. Entrees last up to 5 days if stored properly in the refrigerator.

Yes, orders can be canceled if a cancellation request is submitted in writing to by Thursday at 8pm. Cancellations will not be processed after the ordering deadline. All orders must be received every Thursday by 8pm. You will receive a text message on your selected delivery date when your order is headed to your home. A volunteer or staff member will deliver your meals, meaning someone checks up on you regularly to make sure you are OK.

We recommend reheating your meals in 30-second increments. We use text notifications to update you on the status of your delivery. You will receive a text message when your meals have been picked up by our delivery drivers and en route to your home.
